{"id":3377,"date":"2023-11-29T13:38:09","date_gmt":"2023-11-29T12:38:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tecnidro.com\/prodotto\/3377\/"},"modified":"2024-10-30T17:00:07","modified_gmt":"2024-10-30T16:00:07","slug":"hydromodul-quick-relief-valve","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/tecnidro.com\/en\/p\/hydromodul-quick-relief-valve\/","title":{"rendered":"Hydromodul Quick Relief Valve"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The valve shall be made according to these specifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High hydrodynamics section globe body, without stagnation pockets (low pressure loss type);<\/li>\n<li>Standard ductile cast iron casting GS400\/GGG40, carbon steel casting on request;<\/li>\n<li>200\u00b0C furnace polyester powder painting with 150 micron of minimum guaranteed thickness;<\/li>\n<li>Plunger shaft entirely guided;<\/li>\n<li>Particular plunger disc section and seat against cavitation risk;<\/li>\n<li>Stainless steel piston actuated, up to 40 bar;<\/li>\n<li>Plunger shaft guide independent of seal seat;<\/li>\n<li>Removable standard stainless steel seat, for higher cavitation resistance;<\/li>\n<li>Obstacle-free full port;<\/li>\n<li>Neither spoke nor grid interposed in closing passage section to reduce maintenance and possible clogging;<\/li>\n<li>Optional V-Port plunger or dissipating cage without valve modification, to dissipate higher pressure and stabilize the valve opening;<\/li>\n<li>Stainless steel hexagonal head bolts fastening cover to the main valve body; bolts protected inside casting;<\/li>\n<li>Silicone bolt sealing on request;<\/li>\n<li>Stainless steel shaft, plunger, and return spring;<\/li>\n<li>Return spring must not be inside the flow path to avoid further turbulences and clogging;<\/li>\n<li>Stainless steel brass plunger position indicator;<\/li>\n<li>Polyurethane plunger seal disc, or special material for petrochemical use, on request;<\/li>\n<li>Easy maintenance design and easy access to internal parts without removing the valve from the pipeline;<\/li>\n<li>Possible maintenance intervention on the pilot circuit even with the operating valve;<\/li>\n<li>Drain plug on valve bottom for total drainage in case of frost;<\/li>\n<li>Main function pressure gauge for pilot calibration included, optional pressure gauge on demand;<\/li>\n<li>Lifting and handling rings obtained directly from casting;<\/li>\n<li>Valve functions can be changed or added by simple pilot circuit modification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>STANDARDS CONFORMITY<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Flange to flange: UNI-EN 558-1, DIN 3202 series F1.<\/li>\n<li>Flange drilling: ISO PN16-25-40, on request compatible ANSI 150-300.<\/li>\n<li>Conform to use with water intended for human consumption as DM174\/GU166\/DE98\/83CE.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The valve shall be made according to these specifications: High hydrodynamics section globe body, without stagnation pockets (low pressure loss type); Standard ductile cast iron casting GS400\/GGG40, carbon steel casting  [&#8230;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":5241,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"product_brand":[],"product_cat":[97,109],"product_tag":[],"class_list":{"0":"post-3377","1":"product","2":"type-product","3":"status-publish","4":"has-post-thumbnail","6":"product_cat-valves-for-waterworks-industry","7":"product_cat-hydromodul-control-valves","9":"first","10":"instock","11":"shipping-taxable","12":"product-type-simple"},"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
