{"id":3403,"date":"2023-11-29T08:47:02","date_gmt":"2023-11-29T07:47:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tecnidro.com\/prodotto\/hm-c-gal-ita_eng-v02\/"},"modified":"2024-10-30T16:09:50","modified_gmt":"2024-10-30T15:09:50","slug":"hydromodul-c-float-valve","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/tecnidro.com\/en\/p\/hydromodul-c-float-valve\/","title":{"rendered":"Hydromodul-C Float Valve"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>WORKING CONDITIONS<br \/>\nThe modulating float control valve GAL is designed to automatically mantain a constant reservoir level.<br \/>\nThe valve is equipped with a modulating float pilot, mounted on tank, that opens gradually the valve when the water level goes down the maximum value.<\/p>\n<p>INSTALLATION<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prepare the pipe leaving the right distance between the flanges, the threaded or grooved connections.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clean the pipeline to avoid the entrance of extraneous materials inside the valve.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Install the valve putting the arrow on the body in the same direction of the water flow.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Don\u2019t weld on the pipe near the valve in order to avoid any diaphragm damage.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Install the float pilot near the reservoir manhole, in a still water place or inside the tank.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Set the floater level for the reservoir.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fix the float to the reservoir wall, or other stable element, ensuring the float will remain correctly oriented.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anchor the float arm position by tightening the arm base screws.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Follow the scheme for connecting the floater to the main valve.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>USE INSTRUCTION<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Check that the connections between the float pilot and the main valve follow the scheme of the constructor.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Open the onoff valve N\u00b02 and N\u00b06 of the hydraulic circuit.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Check that the upstream pressure doesn\u2019t fall down below 1 bar, otherwise the valve may not work.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Open the water to the pipeline. Let open the valve checking that the float control pilot is in its lower position and fill the reservoir.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once the reservoir is full, check the correct functioning and the closing of the float pilot.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The hydraulic circuit is equipped with a needle valve that regulate the opening speed. Tamper it damage the valve and generates a warranty loss.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the starting phase, the presence of air in the control chamber could influence the correct operation of the valve. In such case in order to totally evacuate the trapped air proceed as follows:<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">during the reservoir filling, move the float arm manually to its upper position, forcing the valve to close, then to its lower position, forcing the valve to open.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0at each positions, vent air from the valve control circuit by loosening the tube fitting at the highest point on the valve and at the floater pilot port, allowing the air to bleed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Then retighten the fittings bolts.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hydraulic Circuit<br \/>\n1 &#8211; Valve Body<br \/>\n2 &#8211; Upstream Ball Valve<br \/>\n3 &#8211; Upstream Pressure Gauge Port<br \/>\n4 &#8211; \u201cY\u201d Filter<br \/>\n5 &#8211; Needle Valve<br \/>\n6 &#8211; Closing Ball Valve<br \/>\n7 &#8211; GAL Modulating Float Pilot<br \/>\nX &#8211; Discharge<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>WORKING CONDITIONS The modulating float control valve GAL is designed to automatically mantain a constant reservoir level.
