{"id":3422,"date":"2023-11-28T16:13:45","date_gmt":"2023-11-28T15:13:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tecnidro.com\/prodotto\/hm-el-manual-ita_eng\/"},"modified":"2024-10-30T16:09:16","modified_gmt":"2024-10-30T15:09:16","slug":"hydromodul-solenoid-control-valve","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/tecnidro.com\/en\/p\/hydromodul-solenoid-control-valve\/","title":{"rendered":"Hydromodul Solenoid Control Valve"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>WORKING CONDITIONS<br \/>\nThe valve shall be an hydraulically operated, diaphragm actuated designed to open by electric command.<br \/>\nThe valve shall operate by means of a solenoid, that open totally the valve when is activated.<\/p>\n<p>INSTALLATION<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Prepare the pipe leaving the right distance between the flanges or between the threaded connections.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Clean the pipeline to avoid the entrance of extraneous material inside the valve.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Install the valve putting the arrow on the body in the same direction of the water flow.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Don\u2019t make welding on the pipe near the valve to avoid any diaphragm damage.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Connect the solenoid pilot a to an appropriate power supply.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>USE INSTRUCTION<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Check that the connections between solenoid and main valve follow the outline indicated from the constructor.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Open the onoff ball valves N\u00b02 and N\u00b08 of the hydraulic\u00a0 Check the upstream pressure don\u2019t fall down below 2 bar otherwise the valve don\u2019t work.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Open the water to the pipeline. Allow the valve to open ensuring the solenoid is correctly activated (solenoid open position).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0The hydraulic circuit is equipped with a needle valve that is factory setted and leaded. Changing this setting can cause functional problems and cause the warranty loss.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0In phase of starter, the air presence in the chamber could inuence the correct operation of the valve. In such case to supply to the evacuation total of the air vent any trapped air in the main valve as follow:<br \/>\n<\/span>&#8211; close the on-off valve N\u00b08;<br \/>\n&#8211; wait for the closing of the main valve;<br \/>\n&#8211; close the on-off valve N\u00b02;<br \/>\n&#8211; open the on-off valve N\u00b08 and wait the total opening of the valve;<br \/>\n&#8211; open the on-off valve N\u00b02<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>WORKING CONDITIONS The valve shall be an hydraulically operated, diaphragm actuated designed to open by electric command.
