{"id":3423,"date":"2023-11-28T16:01:46","date_gmt":"2023-11-28T15:01:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tecnidro.com\/prodotto\/hm-qp2m-prog-manual-ita_eng\/"},"modified":"2024-10-31T12:07:39","modified_gmt":"2024-10-31T11:07:39","slug":"hydromodul-programmable-flow-control-valve","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/tecnidro.com\/en\/p\/hydromodul-programmable-flow-control-valve\/","title":{"rendered":"Hydromodul Programmable Flow Control Valve"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>WORKING CONDITIONS<br \/>\nThe valve shall be an hydraulically operated, diaphragm actuated designed to maintain a constant flow rate.<\/p>\n<p>INSTALLATION<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare the pipe leaving the right distance between the flanges or between the threaded connections.<\/li>\n<li>Clean the pipeline to avoid the entrance of extraneous material inside the valve.<\/li>\n<li>Install the valve putting the arrow on the body in the same direction of the water flow.<\/li>\n<li>Don\u2019t make welding on the pipe near the valve to avoid any diaphragm damage.<\/li>\n<li>Install the orifice plate downstream the valve in the proper place and block it with the pipe flange.<\/li>\n<li>Connect the pilot sensor pressure line to the connection downstream the valve orifice plate as shown in the scheme.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The pilot opens totally the valve when the flow rate value is lower than the fixed value, while close the valve if the flow rate is higher, reducing the flow rate.
