Pressure Reducing Valve IM-RP3PP
The IM-RP3PP pressure reducing valve is designed to automatically reduce the inlet pressure to a lower and constant outlet value. This valve is ideal for applications requiring precise downstream pressure control in response to flow or upstream pressure variations.

Operating Principle:
The valve is controlled by a 3-way hydraulic pilot (Model RP3PP), which adjusts the membrane opening based on the desired downstream pressure. The pilot manages the filling or discharge of the valve’s control chamber to maintain a constant downstream pressure, even when faced with upstream pressure or flow variations.
When the inlet pressure is equal to or below the set pressure, the valve fully opens to minimize head loss. The valve can also be manually operated via the 3-way manual control (Model CM4V), which allows for full opening or closing independently of the pilot.
