Differential Float Valve IM-GAD
The IM-GAD differential float valve is an automatic control valve designed to maintain the water level in a tank within a predefined range between a maximum and a minimum value. This valve is ideal for applications requiring automatic tank filling with precise level management.
Technical Specifications:
- Available Models:
- IM-GAD1: Horizontal installation, level 0 ÷ 0.5 meters
- IM-GAD2: Horizontal installation, level 0 ÷ 1.2 meters
- Valve Type: 3-way, differential
- Materials:
- Body: Brass
- Piston rod: Stainless steel
- Float: Polypropylene (PP)
- Connections: Ø1/8” F BSP
- Nominal Pressure: 16 bar
Operating Principle:
The IM-GAD valve is controlled by a 3-way differential float (Model GAD1 or GAD2), which opens or closes the valve based on the water level in the tank. When the water level drops below the minimum setpoint, the float opens the valve to allow filling. Once the maximum level is reached, the float returns to the horizontal position, closing the valve completely.
