Solenoid Control Valve IN/IP-EL
The IN/IP-EL electrohydraulic valve is an automatic shutoff valve designed to open and close a hydraulic flow using an electrohydraulic solenoid. It is ideal for applications requiring automatic flow control, such as irrigation systems or complex hydraulic circuits.
Technical Specifications:
- Solenoid Type: 3-way
- Standard configuration: Normally Open (N.O.) or Normally Closed (N.C.)
- Materials:
- Solenoid body: Reinforced nylon (EL-BA version)
- Connections: Ø1/8” F BSP
- Nominal pressure: 10 bar
- Operating voltage:
- Standard version: 24V AC, 50-60 Hz
- Bistable version (EL-BI): 9-12V DC
- Bistable version (EL-BA): 6-24V DC
- Protection rating:
- Solenoid EL: IP66
- Solenoid EL-BA: IP66
- Orifice size (EL-BA solenoid): 2 mm (suitable for unfiltered water)
Operating Principle:
The IN/IP-EL valve is operated by a 3-way solenoid that controls the valve’s opening and closing based on the applied voltage. In the Normally Open (N.O.) configuration, the solenoid keeps the valve closed when not powered and opens it when energized.
When using a Normally Closed (N.C.) solenoid, the valve remains open without power and only closes when the solenoid is energized.
The bistable versions allow the valve to open and close with voltage impulses, maintaining the position until a new impulse is received.
In case of an electrical failure, the valve can be manually opened via an integrated handle (not available in the EL-BI version).
