Pressure Sustaining Valve IN/IP-SP3PP
The IN/IP-SP3PP pressure sustaining valve is an automatic regulating valve designed to maintain upstream pressure at a predefined minimum value. If the upstream pressure drops below this value, the valve closes to sustain the desired pressure. It is ideal for applications requiring pressure control and flow balancing.

Operating Principle:
The valve is controlled by a 3-way hydraulic pilot (Model SP3PP), which adjusts the membrane opening based on upstream pressure. The pilot fills or discharges the valve’s control chamber to maintain a constant minimum upstream pressure, balancing variations in flow or pressure.
When the upstream pressure is equal to or below the set pressure, the valve fully closes. If the upstream pressure exceeds the minimum value, the valve fully opens.
